Meet our Team of Leaders
In 2018, a group of dedicated community leaders and union organizers founded L.E.E.P., Inc. in response to the growing need for economic opportunities in Wilmington, DE. Our founders, including John Blyden, a 30-year union organizer with LiUNA, recognized the potential to connect disadvantaged individuals to union careers and small businesses in their communities.
